Insurance

The practice currently accepts the following health insurances:

Aetna

Anthem (Blue Cross Blue Shield)

FSA and HSA payments

Medicare

Optima

Out-of-pocket payments

If you have questions about your coverage, call your plan administrator. Good questions to ask are:

*Is pre-authorization needed for mental health services?

*What is my deductible, or out-of-pocket amount, and has it been met?

*What is my co-payment or co-insurance responsibility?

If I am not a participating provider for your insurance plan, I will supply you with a receipt of payment, or superbill, for services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that not all insurance companies reimburse for out-of-network providers.
